Susan Manno is CEO of TANDIUM Corporation, a PEO/ASO organization in Millersville Maryland. TANDIUM offers Human Resources, Benefits, 401(k) and Payroll services to growing companies across the U.S.

During her career Ms. Manno has built two successful companies providing Legal and Human Resource Support to the top 25 law firms in the U.S. She has over 25 years of experience in Employment Law Paralegal, Litigation Support Consultant, Courtroom Technologist and Human Resource Consultant.

Prior to her current role she was the VP of Human Resources of OmniHR in Annapolis Maryland. In March of 2019 she acquired the assets of Omni Resource Inc… since the time of the acquisition of OmniHR, she has led the growth of TANDIUM Corporation from $54 million in 2019 to $84 million in 2020. TANDIUM serves a national client base primarily focused on technology, government contractors, start-ups, manufacturing and nonprofit firms. In March of 2021, Ms. Manno launched TANDIUM Elite Payroll Services providing “payroll only” services with an array of ancillary services.
