PA CareerLink® Bucks County Transitions to New Location in Trevose
This week PA CareerLink® Bucks County®PA CareerLink® Bucks County is moving into a newly renovated and more accessible one-stop career center in Trevose.
The centrally located facility is at Bucks County Technology Park on 4800 E. Street Road, Suite 50 and features improved access to public transportation, with two direct SEPTA bus stops and SEPTA’s Trevose Station nearby. I-95, the PA Turnpike and Route 1 are within one mile of the campus.
The previous career center was in Bristol, where the county has provided career services for more than two decades. The new, highly upgraded space in Trevose comes at no cost increase.
PA CareerLink® Bucks County staff will spend the coming weeks settling into the new location, while continuing to support job seekers and employers during the transition Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
A grand opening ceremony will be held in September featuring guided tours of the newly renovated building, which will host workshops, job fairs and events, and serve as the “go-to” place for all things related to job search, training and business engagement in Bucks County.
PA CareerLink® Bucks County is one of more than 60 PA CareerLink® one-stop career centers across the commonwealth that provide free services and a highly trained staff ready to assist with job placement and employment. Working with community partners, PA CareerLink® Bucks County offers a wide range of resources, including prescreening assessments that help match employees to employers, recruitment events, customized career fairs, On-the-Job Training (OJT) for new hires and Incumbent Worker Training (IWT) to upskill and reskill existing employees.
