BCEDC Held its 63rd Annual Event and Reorganization Meeting at the Northampton Valley County Club on September 21st
The event was attended with over 100 people, appetizers, cocktails, and desserts were served allowing the guests to concentrate their time on networking. As one guest stated, “It was a great opportunity to talk with people face to face for a change.”
BCEDC was thrilled with the generous support of their sponsors this year! There were 16 sponsors. Bob Cormack, Executive Director, said “ I want to thank all our sponsors for supporting the corporation at this year’s annual meeting. Their generosity is a testimony to BCEDC’s success in its mission statement – to create and retain jobs for Bucks County residents.”

The rooftop sponsor was Northpoint Development, Inc. and Jeremy Michael, VP of Development, was the keynote speaker. He works in the Mid Atlantic market and is solely focused on the Keystone Trade Center Development. Mr. Michael spoke about the history of the complex, construction of the land, the multiple phases, as well as the number of jobs and economic growth potential for the area. Michael said that NorthPoint has plans to construct 20 or more state-of-the-art industrial warehouse buildings totaling 10 million square feet. The project has the potential for 15 million square feet, making it the largest "Class A industrial development on the East Coast. Keystone Trade Center will be completed in 5-6 years resulting in 5,000-10,000 light industrial jobs.
