The Perkasie Industrial Center completed the following new leases and extensions:
Eric & Christopher leased 6,695 square feet and now occupies 23,185 square feet. Free Will Brewing leased 5,730 square feet and now occupies 25,918 square feet. The remainder of the facility is leased to North Penn Machine Works, & Remedy and Pulse Anatomical.
The Perkasie industrial Center is a 60,000 square feet multi-tenant facility. Originally the Champion Pants Company, the property was purchased in 1986. It has historically enjoyed a high occupancy rate since it offers small spaces and was designed so that companies can grow without leaving the facility. All the current tenants have been at this facility for more than 8 years with one tenant celebrating their 36th year at this location.
