As previously announced, Exelon, PECO’s parent company for more than 20 years, has separated from Constellation Energy Corp., its former power generation and competitive energy business. PECO remains a subsidiary of Exelon, the largest fully regulated utility company in the nation with more than 10 million customers.
Guided by existing company leadership, PECO will continue to invest in local infrastructure and innovative technologies, improve reliability and resiliency, and enhance safety and the customer experience as we transition to a cleaner energy future.
