Jillian Gude, Nappan & Associates
Greetings! I am excited to become a part of the BCEDC.
My name is Jillian Gude and I recently graduated in 2019 of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. As soon as I graduated, I went to real estate school to obtain a real estate license. Since then, I have been working in the real estate business just as the market was reaching record highs.
Prior to joining Nappen & Associates, I was in residential real estate with Keller Williams and Cardano Realtors where I was involved with all aspects of marketing, compliance, and coordinating the transactions.
I have recently switched my focus from residential to industrial real estate. I joined Nappen & Associates in May of 2020 to manage the properties in the Nappen portfolio as well as accommodating the needs of existing tenants.
Nappen & Associates has been around for over 50 years in developing construction and managing industrial/flex space. Having developed approximately 3.5 million square feet, ranging in size from 2,200 to 340,000 square feet, Nappen and its affiliated companies successfully meet the needs of a wide variety of tenants.
