Lampire Biological Laboratories promotes tenure team member, Lee R. Kandt

Lampire Biological Laboratories announces the promotion of tenured team member, Lee R. Kandt, to Vice President, Business Development Lampire, an industry-leading biological raw material manufacturer with six facilities located across Pennsylvania, is proud to announce the promotion of veteran team member, Lee R. Kandt, to Vice President, Business Development. In this new role, Mr. Kandt will be focused on the customer experience, sales, marketing and new business development. Mr. Kandt and his team will work closely with clients and prospects to ensure customer satisfaction. His expertise will be used to both retain current and attract new clients while expanding the core markets that Lampire services. His responsibilities will also include strategic planning and analysis to ensure the success of Lampire’s long-term business development plans.

Most recently serving in the role of General Manager, Mr. Kandt has garnered more than 25+ years of experience in the research and diagnostic raw material manufacturing industry. Academically, Mr. Kandt earned his Bachelor of Science, Animal Science undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and later earned his Master’s in Business Administration from DeSales University. Serving in various roles for Lampire over the years, Mr. Kandt has developed a comprehensive skill set specific to the development, manufacturing and delivery of biological, pharmaceutical and diagnostic raw materials to customers around the world. To date, Mr. Kandt’s career path has allowed him to gain valuable experience with the Animal Care and Use Committee as well as working closely with every department at Lampire including legal, finance, quality, operations, research and development, IT, veterinary, project management, sales, marketing and customer service.
