The Sapling Company, Inc. will create sixteen and retain twenty-five jobs located in Warminster Township in conjunction with approved PIDA financing for $2,000,000 and a total project cost of $4,862,000.
The Sapling Company, Inc. will utilize the property at 670-682 Louis Drive, Warminster, PA for warehousing, production and office space. The new 65,000 square foot facility will allow the company to solve current space issues as well as room for growth so that they may reach their fullest potential.
