A little about me – my name is Tracy Flissar and I have over 17 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with specific focus in the industrial sector.
I recently joined the team at Nappen & Associates to lead the leasing and business development efforts. Nappen & Associates is a recognized leader in development throughout Bucks and Montgomery County with specific focus in industrial, flex, and warehouse/distribution facilities.
As the Vice President of Leasing, I strive to build long lasting partnerships with our community, clients, tenants, and business associates.
Prior to joining Nappen & Associates, I was with IDI Logistics and Jones Lang LaSalle where I was involved in all facets of financial planning, development, construction, acquisitions, transactions, and asset management.
I reside and work in Montgomery County, allowing for a close connection to the real estate market that exists in my backyard. I have a front row seat to the ever-changing dynamics of the industry.
