Bucks County is located strategically in the Northeast Corridor, accessible to nearly every kind of transportation network available, with Philadelphia as its nucleus. New York City is only 75 miles; Baltimore, 120 miles; Washington DC, 158 miles; and Boston, 288 miles. According to recent data, the Bucks County industrial market contained over 52 million square feet, with a vacancy rate of approximately 2.7%. Average sale prices for industrial space range from $89 to $100 per square foot. Average asking rent is $6.10 square foot triple net.    

There is 58 million square foot of Office space in suburban Philadelphia market, 26 million square foot is considered Class A and 32 million Class B. Class A has a vacancy rate of 11.3% and Class B 14.6%.  Asking rent is $28.17 per square foot for Class A and Class B is $22.47 per square foot.
