The 50,000 +/- square foot building on approximately 4.6 acres will be available to a single user or multiple users depending on their space requirements with a minimum square footage of at least 10,000 square foot. The property may be available for acquisition by a user.
The Flynn Company Quakertown Property
The Flynn Company sold the unapproved ground located at 131 Kelly Road, an approximately 4-acre site located near the intersection of Kelly Road and California Road in Quakertown March of 2021 to the current owner who is a private local investor to the Quakertown area. Subsequently, the lot was fully approved for a 26,000 SF flex industrial building and was designed with the intention of offering units as small as 3,000 SF. The new building featured 6 loading docks, 4 drive-in doors, public water, public sewer and 480/277 Volt, 3 Phase power at 600 amps.
