It’s been an exciting year for economic development direction in Bucks County. We began dialoguing with the County over nine months ago about its vision for economic development and the role that our organization would play in transitioning from the existing model to a new County venture coined as Bucks to Invest.

Gearing Up for Future was the theme for the 55th Annual Dinner and Reorganization Meeting held on April 24, 2013 at the Spring Mill Manor, Ivyland. The event began with networking, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. Hors d’oeuvres where sponsored by Fulton Bank-Premier Division for the second year in a row. The meeting was attended by over 200 people.

Customers Bank and BCEDC presented a Tax Exempt Financing workshop to manufacturers, bankers and real estate brokers on June 4, 2013 held at Sweet Spot Restaurant in Doylestown. Sam Macrina, Senior Vice President, Tax Exempt Lending for Manufacturing, presented the workshop.
