US-based co-ax valves inc. makes move— Expands in Bristol PA
Jim Scott, Colliers International, jim.scott@colliers.com, represented co-ax inc. the purchase of 2.41 acres at 1518 Grundy’s Lane for a new 32,000 square foot building.
Based out of Forchtenberg Germany, the company continues its international partnership evolution in 2013, more specifically eyeing rapidly growing American clientele.
Co-ax valves, inc. will expand US-based operations with a 4 million dollar investment in the design and construction of a new state-of the-art facility in Bristol, PA. The final decision to move operations to Keystone Business Park President, Andreas Wurst, says is "To address the needs of US customers, we have taken a strategic step by expanding our operation in a cost effective move to Bristol, PA. The critical venture will advance our already exceptional customer service focus, ensuring we remain the superior leader in coaxial valve technology for a growing US marketplace".

It is a 70,000 square foot warehouse building geared toward small to medium size tenants. The property is two-thirds pre-leased to Wingfoot Commercial Tire and Drexel Metals.
