New BCEDC Member Michael Borski, Jr., The Flynn Co., and Team Represent Velocity Ventures with Their Newly Purchased Building in Bucks County.

Michael Borski, Jr. is a commercial real estate agent with The Flynn Company and has successfully negotiated more than $350 Million in industrial and office leasing and sales transactions. In the last year alone, he has brokered over 425,000 SF of deals.

borskiMike currently represents 32 buildings totaling more than 4.5 million square feet of rentable area of which approximately 400,000 square feet is available for sale or lease. The total aggregate value of the properties that he has listed for sale is valued at nearly $50 million. He represents local and national Landlords such as Velocity Venture Partners, JG Petrucci Company, Line Lexington Management Corp, Schenk Enterprises and Coleman Investment Properties. Michael’s specialties are extensive knowledge of industrial and office leasing and sales in Montgomery and Bucks Counties.

The Flynn Company team of Mike Borski Jr, Mark Pawlowski, Andy Pancoast and Pat Gilmore now represent the County Line Commerce Center (CLCC) recently purchased by Velocity Venture Partners.
