BCEDC is Re-Certified as Bucks County’s CEDO

In June, the BCEDC satisfied requirements of the PA Industrial Development Authority (PIDA) and the PA Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) to maintain its designation as a Certified Economic Development Organization (CEDO). CEDO designation is required by the Commonwealth to market, package, and administer economic development low interest loan programs on behalf of PIDA and DCED to businesses throughout Bucks County.

As part of the certification process, staff must annually complete continuing education requirements in finance or related field as approved by DCED. The BCEDC is the only CEDO serving Bucks County.
