Four Loans Approved for Bucks County Businesses

First Look Display Group, LLC, through the Bucks County Economic Development Corporation, was approved for PIDA loan, in the amount of $375,000 to assist in the purchase and renovation of their currently leased operational space in Bensalem Township. Founded in 2018, First Look Display Group, LLC designs and manufactures metal racking systems for a variety of uses, including point of purchase displays in retail environments and as storage units in industrial environments.

The company will also make renovations including full replacement of the roof, and installation of three overhead doors and ancillary dock equipment. First Look Display Group, LLC has committed to retain 11 current jobs and create three new, full-time jobs within three years.

BCEDC approved a $400,000 loan from their Business Builder Loan Fund for 1501 South Pennsylvania Ave, Falls Township. The loan proceeds will be used to assist in the purchase of the 7,880 square foot building on 3.9 acres.  The new occupant of the building will be Aurus TC, LLC, a truck repair and maintenance business. The total project cost will be $2,750,000.

BCEDC’s first PA Catalyst Loan Fund was approved for Shades of Green, LLC, Morrisville. The loan is for $298,000 Working Capital for business expansion. Shades of Green is a professional tree care and removal services as well as our commercial landscaping and landscape maintenance services. 

BCEDC approved a $320,000 loan from their Business Builder Loan Fund for Access Lock Technologies, Warminster Township. Access Lock will use the funds to purchase the building located at 271 York Rda 5,000 square foot property located on nearly 1 acre. They provide customized card, code, or fingerprint access control systems for all size organizations dependent on their specific needs each business or organization has different security initiatives and goals. One fulltime job will be created, and four full-time jobs retained.
