Roddy advised that AutoParts Warehouse have occupied the property since 2011, when Roddy sold it to Paris Real Estate LP (the current Seller), and plan to continue its operations at 1050 Wheeler Way, Bucks County Business Park, Langhorne, PA on a long-term basis under the new ownership.
