Grants and Tax Credits for Bucks County Companies

Your company may be eligible for financial incentives from the State of Pennsylvania. These benefits include sellable tax credits from programs such as the KIZ which provides up to $100,000 annually to companies that are 8 years and under, creating innovative products or processes, located in a KIZ and generating increasing revenues.

FINANCIAL TOOLBOX

For Traditional PIDA Real estate loans financing eligible land and building costs, borrowers will have the following interest rate options:

For term loans with a regular amortization;

  1. Fixed interest rate for the full term of the loan (up to a 15-yr. period), set at the current 10-year treasury yield + 100 basis points. Based on the current 10-year treasury yield, the fixed rate option is 5.25% for the life of the loan.

Roddy Inc., the Bensalem, PA industrial and commercial real estate brokerage firm, represented TWA Holdings LLC in the acquisition of a 40,649 square foot modern one (1) story warehouse facility situated on 6.41 acres located at 965 Thomas Drive in Warminster, PA.

Cosjay Properties and VR Enterprises Loans Approved

Cosjay Properties, LLC, was approved to borrow $1,900,000 from PIDA to build a new 20,000 sq. ft. spec property located in on Kelly Road in Richland Township. This developer is an experienced investor with multiple additional properties in Bucks County. Total construction costs are projected at between $3,300,000 - $3,500,000.
