BCEDC Industrial/Office Site Zoning Map Goes Digital

In collaboration with the Bucks County Planning Commission, the BCEDC is pleased to announce the launch of a new interactive web map application.

The new web-based BCEDC Industrial/Office Site and Zoning Map shows detailed interactive visual information on office and industrial sites, municipal jurisdictions, transportation, preserved open space and zoning across the county.

Beneficial Ownership Reporting Requirements for Small Businesses Will Go Into Effect on January 1, 2024

Beginning on January 1, 2024, many existing companies will have until January 1, 2025 to file reports with information about their “beneficial owners” with the federal Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (“FinCEN”); companies formed on or after January 1, 2024 must comply within 30 days of formation.

PIDA Program Rates for 2023 Fourth Quarter

Below are the updated 2023 fourth quarter interest rate options for qualifying PIDA loan applications. These rates are in effect for loan applications received through December 31, 2023.

PA Catalyst Fund Rates

The rate for the November 1, 2023 through April 30, 2024 period is 5.50% - fixed. Borrowers must be for-profit businesses or farms with less than 500 employees at the time of application.

Magazzeni Construction is a woman-owned business, Union shop specializing in commercial concrete and masonry projects. The owner’s husband has 20 plus year's experience as a Union mason.
