The Flynn Company Sees Steady Progress on Quakertown Redevelopment Project
Project renovations are complete at 701 S. West End Blvd in Quakertown. This three-building complex, formerly Richland Plaza, was purchased in July 2023 by Velocity Venture Partners, with a vision to repurpose the declining 200,000 SF retail mall to accommodate industrial, flex, and lab requirements. The Landlord Improvement Package included interior demolition work of the former department store and grocery store.
To the exterior, there have been several cosmetic and landscaping upgrades, as well the addition of drive-in and tailgate loading. With three lease deals to date, including a May 2024 lease of over 11,000 square feet of industrial space, The Flynn Company team of Mike Borski, Jr., Mark Pawlowski, and Andy Pancoast is pleased with the continued success of this project, with steady leasing expected in response to ownership’s commitment to the adaptive reuse of this property.
On July 13th, the Flynn Company completed another lease deal at the ongoing Richland Plaza redevelopment project. 18,873 Sf was leased on a long term basis to a warehouse user with a strong national brand and presence. They will be occupying in the coming months. We are left with approximately 120,000 sf of space available for lease.
