BCEDC, a Certified Economic Development Organization can Administer Funds on Behalf of the State
The PIDA Board has made financing available to qualifying Pennsylvania small businesses at a 5.00% rate fixed for the term of the loan. Adjustable rates are also available. These rates are good for completed loan applications received through March 31, 2024. Eligible applicants include:
- Manufacturing or Industrial Business
- Hospitality Enterprise
- Commercial & Service Enterprise
- Child Day-Care
- Agriculture Enterprise or Agriculture Producer
- Service Enterprises located in Economically Distressed Areas
