BCEDC’s Loan Programs

Business Builder Loan Fund (BBLF)

The Bucks County Economic Development Corporation Business Builder Loan Program (BBLF) was established to provide funding to small and emerging Bucks County companies. The primary goal of this loan program is the creation and preservation of employment consistent with all programs available through the Bucks County Economic Development

Corporation.

Loan proceeds may be used for the acquisition of land and building, expansion, machinery and equipment and certain other eligible activities. 

Diverse Business Financing Initiative (DBFI)

The Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development has launched to support and grow qualifying diverse businesses committed to full-time job creation and retention. Small businesses operated by minorities, women, veterans, service-disabled veterans, LGBT individuals, and more qualify for low-interest loans packaged and underwritten by the Bucks County Economic Development Corporation (BCEDC) in partnership with PIDA. The loans may be used for land and building acquisitions; building construction and renovation costs; machinery and equipment; working capital.
