The Spotlight Is On Us!

BUCKS COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION has moved to the west side of Court Street after 28 years residing at 2 East Court Street, Doylestown. BCEDC is now located at 115 West Court Street. 

BCEDC was facing some challenges in the old location, one of which was the lack of parking spaces for visitors. Another challenge was that the building was under-utilized, as it had too much space for our needs. The building had two floors of office space and there was no elevator for access to the second floor.

After numerous discussions with the Strategic Planning Committee and Board of Directors, it was decided that it was in the best interest to place 2 East Court Street on the market for sale. The building was listed for sale September 2016. In December 2016, the building was under contract. In March of 2017 BCEDC relocated to the new building. 

The new location is at 115 W. Court Street on the second floor of the Wells Fargo building.

We have overcome our parking issue. We now have ample parking that is easily accessible. There are always vacant spaces, even though we share parking with the bank. We also have an elevator.

BCEDC is eager to assist you with financing your expansion or relocation project within Bucks County. BCEDC remains the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania certified economic development agency and would like to educate you on how your project may be financed with low interest loans.
