BCEDC would like to present the Goldman Sachs 10KSB Program
Attend a one-hour Zoom information session regarding the Goldman Sachs 10KSB program on September 9, 2021 at 11:00 AM. The session is FREE and so is the program. Invest in your business and take it to the next level.
The free, 14-week program was designed by Babson College, the nation's top-ranked entrepreneurship school, and focuses on practical skills that small business owners can implement immediately to help grow their companies, increase revenue, and create jobs. The 8-to-10-hour weekly schedule includes out-of-class activities, assignments, networking events, and business clinics. All participants will create a customized growth plan for their business.
We are looking to fill spots for Cohort 26, scheduled for mid-January. The deadline for submitting Part 1 of the application is September 30th. The following qualifications are required:
- Participants must be a small business owner or co-owner.
- The business must be in operation for at least two years.
- The business revenue must be over $75,000 in the most recent fiscal year.
- The business must have at least two employees (including the owner), and the owner must be full time.
The virtual Information Session will be presented by Valerie Schlitt, founder and CEO of VSA Prospecting and a 2016 graduate of the program. Valerie is working with Executive Director Joan Chrestay on outreach.

ABOUT VALERIE SCHLITT: Valerie is an accidental entrepreneur who never looked back. She launched VSA Prospecting 20 years ago and in 2016, participated and graduated from Cohort 10 of the 10KSB program in Philadelphia.
She credits the program with helping her finally work "on the business" not "in the business", by delegating and enhancing the leadership of the team, taking on 2 significant pieces of business, and developing and implementing a successful growth plan.
