This developer is an experienced investor with multiple additional properties in Bucks County. Total construction costs are projected at between $3,300,000 - $3,500,000.
VR Enterprises, LLC was approved to borrow $130,000 from BCEDC BBLF and PA Catalyst Fund. The funds will be used for working capital. VR Enterprises, located in Plumstead Township, is a one stop shop for all work truck and trailer parts store and maintenance.
