A new lease was signed in December of 2012 by CSR, a manufacturer of braided rope. The new lessee will occupy 4200 square foot at the Perkasie Industrial Center, located at 410 East Walnut Street, Perkasie. Wally Landes of Brode & Brooks Inc. brokered the lease. |

NAI Mertz brokered a Sale of 30,000 square foot in Ivyland. Adam Lashner NAI Mertz brokered the deal between Vincent Visco and Sylvan Gross. The industrial space is located at 65 Richard Road, Ivyland. The new owner will occupy 15,000 square foot with the other half available for lease. |
