Roddy Inc., the Bensalem, PA industrial and commercial real estate brokerage firm, announced that it represented 41 Grand Avenue, L.L.C. in the sale of 128 Wharton Road, Keystone Park, Bristol Twp, Bucks County, PA to Genesis Investment Properties, LLC who were represented in the transaction by Steve Tolkach and Eustace Wolfington of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.
